Enviro Motorhomes Spain Rental Terms for travel between 01-Jan-2009 and 31-Dec-2013

Important information about your rental:
On arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the operators of Enviro Motorhomes Spain. Here is a summary of the terms and conditions:

Definitions
The following definitions apply for the Terms and Conditions for Enviro Motorhomes Spain.

-  The Supplier means the operator of Enviro Motorhomes Spain.
-  The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s)

Driver
Driver of the motor home must be over 26 years of age, and have a class B driver's license for over two (2) years. Some motorhomes can be driven by 24 years old drivers and have a Class B (normal cars) driver's licence for over two years. Please ask us for information on the details provided on your confirmation invoice.
The customer should be able to show the supplier their identification (D.N.I. or Passport).

Price Includes
- Unlimited Mileage
- Roadside assistance for the vehicle with RACE (Royal Automobile Club of Spain), and ARAG ( A German insurance company used by the supplier) Both valid throughout all of Europe.
- Roadside assistance with Hymer (with more than 300 depots around all Europe)
- Guidebook of campsites in Spain-Portugal-Europe.
- Full insurance (CDW) with an exemption of 600 Euros
- Lubricant expenses will be paid by the supplier. Made payable by the customer  when he presents the corresponding bills.

Taxes
In Spain the Tax (VAT) is 18%.

Insurance
Vehicles have full insurance (CDW) with an excess of 600 Euros in the case of misuse or collision. This insurance is valid in all the European Union. If you are travelling in other countries you should consult the supplier.
Please note: The insurance does NOT include personal property of the customer.

Vehicle use
The vehicle must have normal motorhome use,  must not transport more people than is permitted by law, carry merchandise, or be driven and operated by a third party.

Security Deposit
The 600 Euros deposit should be paid by the customer to the supplier at the time of pick up of the vehicle. They may pay by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Diner's), or cash. After return of vehicle the supplier foreman will check everything and if all is correct the supplier will repays the deposit.

Cancellation policy
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
 -More than 33 days prior to scheduled rental date, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY 30% of the total remaining amount
 -Between 18 to 33 days prior to scheduled rental date, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY 50% of the total remaining amount
 -Up to 18 days prior to scheduled rental date, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY 80% of the total remaining amount
 -If no one shows up on the scheduled rental date, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY 100% of the total remaining amount

Long Term Reservation
- Periods over 30 days discount 5%
- Periods over 45 days discount 10%
The discount percentages are taken off the base rental rate.

Non Depot location minimum hire
The supplier offers their customers pick up and drop off anywhere in Spain for reservations 15 days or more in the mid and low season. In the high season or in all rentals under 15 days the pick up and drop can be in the Madrid location only.

Extending rental time
Should the customer wishes to extend the rental time, he/she should let the supplier know within a reasonable time limit. The confirmation of an extension will depend on the availability.

Pick up and Drop off Fees
If the customer wants to the supplier will pick up and drop off in any place in Spain for rentals of 15 days or more - this is in the mid and low season only and for a fee stated in the table below. Prices include TAX (16% VAT). In the high season for all rentals the pick up and drop off is offered in Madrid only - this is Free.

Only for rentals 15 days or more. Subject to availability.

Pick up and Drop off  Time Table (Madrid)
If the pick up or drop off is in the office of Autocaravan Express, S.A. (Madrid or Barcelona).
Pick up times: 10.00-13.00 and 16.00-18.30 ( afternoon pick-up only Mo-Fr)
Drop-off time: 10.00-13.30 and 16.00-19.00
Please note: the times above apply to the Madrid only.

Non Depot location Pick up and Drop off Timetable
If the pick up and drop off is at the airport or in another place, the supplier will only pick up or deliver between Monday to Saturday (in the mornings only).
Important: When the reservation is confirmed the supplier needs the flight number and approximate arrival hour.
In any other instance, please consult the supplier directly.

Directions
From the Airport:
If customer arrive in the Airport the best solutions is to take a taxi. The route is the following, Here are best directions for your taxi driver.
- M-40 direction A-1 (Burgos)
- A-1 exit km. 23 (Cobeña / Algete) the supplier has to move to the left in order to move in the round right to Burgos ITV. You will see Amstel, ITV, and after drive really slowly (30 km/h) the supplier depot is in the bus stop. In some meters only. Approximate cost: 30 Euros

From the City Center:
If the customer are in the city centre they can arrive by taxi with an approximate cost of 30 Euros or take the train "cercanias Renfe" to Alcobendas / San Sebastian de los Reyes with a cost of 1.50 Euros per person and here take a taxi with an approximate cost of 12 Euros.

Personal vehicle:
In Madrid there are 2 rings: M-30 (near to the city centre) and M-40 (more outside Madrid). Take one of them direction A-1. in the A-1 they have to take the Exit 23 Cobeña / Algete. The have to move one lane to the left and in the circle they have to drive straight again. In some meter they can see out flags, near to the bus station.

Pick up and Drop off :
The supplier offers pick-up and drops-off at Madrid Airport and Hotel. (It is free for rentals more than 18 days)

Boarder Travel
It is possible travel to Morocco or the Occidental part of Turkey, with an extra cost. If you are travelling in other countries you must consult the supplier on the contact details provided at the time of reservation confirmation. They will discuss the details and extra cost with you directly depending on your destination/s.

Ready for Departure:
This is compulsory option. It includes two gas cylinders and chemical products for the toilet. (It is free for rentals more than 18 days)

Bedding Kit:
This kit includes: Sheets, Pillows, Blankets and Towel. (It is free for rentals more than 18 days)

Kitchen Utensils:
This kit includes: Ladle, Glasses, Saucepan, Set of cutlery, Frying pan, Cups, Plates, and Skimmer. (It is free for rentals more than 18 days)

Air Conditioning:
Air conditioned models are  available at an extra charge.  This option is available in all groups.

Color TV:
These are available in the following options:
Color TV TFT & Color TV + DVD TFT
Please note: The insurance doesn't cover the TV. In case of robbery the customer will lose the deposit. The television in France for example cannot be seen (the frequencies are different). The television cannot be seen when vehicle is being driven because it will be tuned in to channels constantly, but you can see a DVD. This option with DVD is free of charge in Group I only.

Bike Support and Bicycle:
The bike support has an extra cost.  Maximum 4 bicycles by motorhome. It is not possible to have this option in Group A, B or C. Motorhomes Group B, C, G, I have an outside compartment to put the bikes under the bed. In the motorhomes Group F and H there is a compartment outside under the bunks. If the customer wants to put the bikes in the compartment it is necessary to close one of the bunks. 

Baby Seat:
For rentals which rented more than 18 days, this option is free.
Please Note: It is important to inform us of the months / years the baby is in age and also the weight of the baby.
An 80 Euros deposit will be required.
All Baby Seats must be fitted into a seatbelt.
All the dinnettes have seat belts. The seat Belts included in the motorhome groups are: Group A (4 seat belts), Group B (4 seat belts), Group C (4 seat belts), Group D (6 seat belts), Group E (6 seat belts), Group F (6 seat belts), Group G (6 seat belts), Group H (6 seat belts).

Type / Chains
Only recommended it in case of skiing or high mountain driving.

Pet and Smoking
Pets and smoking are allowed but always with the responsibility of the customer.

Information disclaimer
The rates on this website are often heavily discounted. This is due to our negotiated rates and bulk buying power. On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.95% credit card or debit card surcharge will be added when your payment is processed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency): 25.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Insurance

Airport and Hotel Pick up & Drop off
The pick up and drop off that we make outside Madrid normally we do it in the airport. In the airport is where we make the lease, explanation, and check list (in order to see if the motorhome have some crash). The customer can pay in cash or visa (because we take a portable visa terminal). In the drop off we make the devolution of the deposit in the same way (visa or cash).

When is in Madrid we make the transfer free, and when is outside Madrid always is in the airport without any cost for be in the airport. If the customer want is in a hotel, they have to pay a fee 55 Euros.

Madrid Airport depot

Office Opening Hours:

Pick up times: 10.00-13.00 and 16.00-18.30 ( afternoon pick-up only Mo-Fr)

The supplier will bring the vehicle to the Airport and you will be processed on-site meaning you will be able to drive away in your vehicle directly from the airport.  You will be met in the arrivals hall by one of staff members holding a sign with your surname on it.  From there you will be taken to an airport car park within walking distance to process any remaining payment, paperwork, inspect the vehicle and have a demonstration / walk-through of the vehicle and all of it's features and operations.  Any charges to be payable upon arrival can be made in either cash or with visa.

Drop off Procedure
Again, you will be met by one of representatives at the Airport.  Vehicle inspection / handover will be conducted on-site. 

The return of your security bond will be made using the same payment method you paid.
